First, I would love to provide you with a free consultation. During this consultation, it will be my pleasure to get to know you, listen to and understand your fitness needs and goals.

Second, we will do a fun comprehensive fitness assessment, review your assessment, as well as your fitness needs and goals. Depending on time and how you feel, we will do a fun training session customized to your fitness level, needs and goals.

Third, if we are compatible and reach an agreement, it will be a pleasure and a privilege to be of service and start your fitness journey together. Together we will accomplish all your fitness needs, goals and more.

Fitness Services

Preferred Site Training

Save time and money. Your choice to train at the safety, privacy and convenience of your home, preferred site, private studio or outdoors. Benefits are safety, privacy, convenient, nonjudgemental, controlled environment. I will provide the best resources, fitness and recovery equipment, education and training. I will also design some fitness programs with equipment and resources you have available at your preferred site.

Virtual Online Training

If virtual online fitness training works best for you, great! You get the same benefits as live one on one training with more convenience and safety. Your choice of Google Meet, Face Time, Skype or Zoom. I will instruct, demonstrate, guide and supervise your individualized exercises which are best for you. I also provide nutritional coaching and support. Your sessions can take place wherever you are. At home, in your hotel room, gym, or outdoors.

Outdoor Endurance Training

Move toward your best self. Resistance training can be forged to mold your training program to best meet your endurance needs and goals. In addition, I incorporate fun situational cross-training, hiking, trail and olympic track training. Combining traditional long-duration training with moderate-intensity training and short-duration, high-intensity training. The result is an optimal endurance training program, with an enjoyable experience.

Post-Rehab and Neuromuscular Training

For post-rehab and injury rehabilitation clients. I apply Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and integrate Kinesiology principles: Biomechanics, Anatomy and Physiology to address and properly correct genetic deficiencies, imbalances, chronic pain, and other limitations. I also integrate Physical Therapy and Yoga principles. Your results will be: restored function, strength, stability, balance, mobility, flexibility, pain management and injury prevention. My goals are for you to overcome all your genetic deficiencies, achieve your best fitness and quality of life.

Strength and Conditioning Training

For athletes and clients new to Strength and Conditioning. I integrate National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) principles: movement fundamentals, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, exercise techniques, performance skills, program design and training. This science based program is a combination of strength training, aerobic conditioning, with focus on mobility, core stability, power, speed, agility and performance. My goals are for you to achieve your best fitness, performance, athleticism, injury prevention, mental focus and health.

Functional and Core Stability Training

For athletes and clients new to Functional and Core Stability Training. I integrate Perform Better Functional Training (PBFT) to achieve your best functional movement and performance. This results driven approach covers every aspect necessary to achieve your best fitness, whether they involve weight loss, a healthier lifestyle, injury prevention, or optimal sports performance. I integrate a variety of Functional Exercises to train muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks you might do at home, at work or in competitive sports or situations.

Mobility, Flexibility, and Recovery Training

For all clients, I apply: dynamic stretching, mobility drills, muscle activation techniques, mobility flows, myofascial release, full body flows, static, assisted and active stretching. I also apply Yoga principles like: posture exercises, regulation of breath and meditation. You will experience improved mobility in joints, improved motor unit recruitment, flexibility in muscles and reduced stress. The goals are to reduce and correct physiological and anatomical imbalances, and to minimize the risk of injuries. You will also benefit with more efficient training, performance and recovery.

Special Populations, Elderly and Youth Training

For older active adult clients, I apply physiological, anatomical and psychosocial considerations of aging. Providing proper fitness assessments, applying proper exercise safety protocols and guidelines, proper program design and prescription. I emphasize core stability, balance, modified resistance training, reactive training for fall and injury prevention. For youths 8 years and older, I apply proper program design and training like: motor learning, game drills, bodyweight training, proper external resistance training, aerobic conditioning, injury prevention, technical skills, and fun sport performance drills.

24/7 Nutritional Coaching, Accountability and Support

Depending on your lifestyle, fitness needs, goals and preferences. We will find the best nutrition program which works best for you and your lifestyle. Whether your goals are to lose body fat, gain muscle, feel satisfied, more energized, be stronger, or just develop healthier eating habits. I will educate, guide and support you, slowly changing your eating habits over time. We will keep track of your nutrition habits and choices till we find a manageable and sustainable nutrition plan which works best for you. The goal is for you to have a healthy balanced nutrition which fits your lifestyle, activity level and needs.
